Leek and Potato Soup

Served with Buttered white bloomer.

Ham Hock Terrine

Piccalilli, Toasted brioche and dressed leaves.

Salt and Pepper Squid

Served on a Rocket salad and a Pico de Gallo.

Beetroot, Sun blushed Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella Salad

Served on a bed of basil and rocket.

Mains

Roast Turkey

Hand carved to order. Served with pork chipolata wrapped in oak smoked bacon, Chestnut and Sage stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and Turkey gravy. Served with honey roasted parsnips and carrots, Roasted potatoes and Chestnut sprouts.

Mushroom and Stilton Wellington

Served with a creamy mash potato, mashed swede, honey roasted root vegetables and a wild mushroom sauce.

Slow Roasted Pork belly

Served with creamy Dauphinoise potato, Braised red cabbage, Mashed swede, Apple and Cider sauce.

Pan Fried Sea Bream

Pumpkin puree, Wilted spinach and Sticky sweet potatoes.

Traditional Vine fruit and nut Christmas Pudding
